Instructions:

Pay Class Form - This form will allow you to submit Time and Attendance rules for each pay class. A pay class is a collection of rules. You will need to have one Pay Class Form filled out for each set of rules that you have.

Information requested on this form includes:

  • overtime after 40
  • Weekly, Biweekly or Semi-monthly Pay Frequency
  • Automatic Meal Deductions
  • Grace and Rounding Rules

Client time and Attendance Setup Form - This form will allow you to submit general Time and Attendance information about your company. In most cases, you will only need to submit one of these forms.

Information requested on this form includes:

  • Supervisors needing access (and the departments they will have access to)
  • Earnings codes that count towards Overtime
  • Earnings codes that do not count towards overtime
  • Terminal Access Groups (method(s) in which employees time will be input)

Hardware Clock Setup Form - This form will allow you to submit the required Hardware Clock Setup information. In order for a clock to be set up, information regarding the clock will need to be collected.

Information on this form includes:

  • Hardware Clock Name
  • Available Function Keys
  • MAC Address
  • Serial Number
