INSTRUCTIONS

Pay Class Form

This form will allow you to submit Time and Attendance rules for each pay class. A pay class is a collection of rules. You will need to have one Pay Class Form filled out for each set of rules that you have.

Information requested on this form includes:
  • Pay Frequency
  • Overtime Rules
  • Rounding Rules
  • Automatic Meal Deductions

Client Time and Attendance Setup Form

This form will allow you to submit general Time and Attendance information about your company. In most cases, you will only need to submit one of these forms.

Information requested on this form includes:
  • Earnings that count toward overtime
  • Employee Self-Service options
  • Time zone(s) needed for web time clock
  • IP address restrictions

Hardware Clock Setup Form

This form will allow you to submit the required Hardware Clock Setup information. In order for a clock to be set up, information regarding the clock will need to be collected.

Information requested on this form includes:
  • Hardware Clock Name
  • Available Function Keys
  • MAC Address
  • Serial Number
